With a sweetening power up to 270 times greater than sucrose, and no calories, steviol glicosydes from the stevia have been used for many centuries in South America. TRANSFORMATION:
Pulpy fruit: 1 packet (1.05 kg) + 2 kg fruit + 1 litre water.
Lemon: 1 packet (1.05 kg) + 1.013 kg lemon juice + 1.9871 litres water.
Orange: 1 packet (1.05 kg) + 2.55 kg orange juice + 0.45 litres water.
