Description

The perfect tomato sauce or zesty pesto sauce are easily achieved with the Browne 6 Qt. Thermalloy Stainless Steel Deep Saucepan. The saucepan is constructed from 14-gauge stainless steel and designed with a 6-quart capacity, making it ideal for heavy-duty usage in restaurant and commercial applications.

The bottom of the pan is designed with increased thickness to allow for heat to be evenly distributed across the surface and in the pan. As a result, this increases the cooking efficiency of the heating element to promote less energy use while allowing for foods and liquids to be cooked evenly throughout.

The saucepan also comes with a large, hollow handle riveted to the side for heavy, repetitive use. The hollow handle stays cool to keep users safe when moving the pan after cooking from one place to another.

Sold separately, the Browne Thermalloy line also features the 5724122 cover to keep the cooked product safe from contaminants and for food storage in a refrigerator until the product is needed.
