This attachment really does do all the work for you as you don’t need to peel or core anything before you put it in – fruit and veg is strained into a puree while pips, stems and skins are separated.
It includes a strainer cone, tray and splash shield.
For use with the KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer and MUST be used with the KitchenAid Food Mincer/Grinder attachment.
