This Heston Dual Precision Electronic Scale allows you to measure measure lots of ingredients easily and precisely. The dual platforms are stainless steel so are hygenic and easy to clean. The high capacity platform measures up to 10kg in 1g increments and the ultimate precision platform measures up to 200g in 0.1g increments. Since the platforms are stainless steel you can measure directly on to them or if you’d prefer you can use a bowl.

The ‘zero’ function allows you to measure multiple ingredients in one bowl and you can switch between metric and imperial and it even has an aquatronic function so you can measure liquids (ml or fl oz).
