This Pillivuyt Ramekin is made from super fine porcelain. While it looks classic, elegant and delicate it is actually very durable. It can withstand temperatures between 20 C and 250 C and is freezer, oven and microwave safe. The glaze gives it a polished look but also means it is almost non-stick, so whatever you cook should come out easily and you can pop it in the dishwasher and it will come out spotless!
