Browne’s steam pan covers are designed to fit any full-size hotel pans and help prevent seepage or spills during transport. They also help prevent cross-contamination and keep a more stable temperature within the pan than if it were open. This model has one notched side that allows a serving spoon to sit in the food pan while it is covered.

Hotel pans, also known as insert pans, food pans, or steam table pans, are versatile containers for many areas of food service. They are popular in casinos and other large buffets as inserts for chafing dishes, but they also have other uses. They can be used for cold storage or ingredient containers in a prep table.
