Keep cooked product warm and safe from contaminants with the Browne 5724150 19.5″ Thermalloy Pot Lid / Cover.
The Browne Thermalloy line is designed with increased thickness to allow for heat to be evenly distributed across the cooking surface. As a result, this increases the cooking efficiency of the heating element to promote less energy use while allowing for foods and liquids to be cooked evenly throughout.
The cover is constructed from stainless steel and designed to fit Browne’s 60-quart and 80-quart stock pots, making it ideal for heavy-duty usage in restaurant and commercial applications.
The cover comes with a large, hollow handle riveted to the top for heavy, repetitive use.
