This multi-clad construction is comprised of a layer of 18/10 stainless steel that covers the interior cooking surface, a layer of pure aluminum in the middle, and a magnetic stainless steel layer surrounding the exterior. This saucepans unique composition allows it to be used on all cooking surfaces and is specially designed to be used with induction cooktops thanks to its magnetic properties. The pure stainless steel and brilliant mirror finish create a distinctive and attractive appearance while continuing to be extremely easy to clean and maintain.
