Join us to learn the secrets to creating pillowy soft potato gnocchi! Instructor Chris Tarquinio will show you how to make the dough as well as how to cut/shape the gnocchi. Chris will then explain how to store, boil and serve fresh gnocchi. There will also be an opportunity for class attendees to practice some hands-on techniques. Each class attendee will get to enjoy some of the delicious gnocchi prepared as well as take with them the recipes to be able to make it at home!
