Our Wildflower Honey embodies a mixture of floral sources from the geographical region surrounding our farm and comes to us from local beekeepers and their apiaries. Throughout the year, these beekeepers traverse the region to areas where the honey flow is the strongest. As a result of the colonies pilgrimage from one place to another, the diverse flavors of Orchard Ponds Wildflower Honey depends on what wildflowers are in bloom at the time the bees collect the nectar and pollen. Raw honey is believed by many to aid in combating allergies and has been used for centuries to treat sore throats and coughs. Orchard Pond takes pride in the fact that our honey is raw and unfiltered.
